Estyn Visit

Estyn has announced Cwmbran High School is no longer in special measures.

Inspectors visited the school in March and were impressed by progress at the school.

Headteacher Matthew Sims said the news was the start of “bigger and better things at the school”.

This positive update comes as a planning application has also been submitted for a new 3G pitch on site.
